Our status as an ATOL holder means any flight booked with us is protected. If an airline or the travel management company went out of business, the cost of your flights would be refunded or, if you had travellers abroad, alternative arrangements for flying them home would be paid for.
As a member of the AAC, we work with our travel industry partners to strengthen consumer protection and ensure financial protection for air passengers.
As IATA licence holders, we work to provide a safe and secure air transport industry that sustainably connects the world. Our clients benefit from increasing passenger convenience, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Our membership of the ITM helps our staff to keep up to date with the latest developments in the industry and provides another opportunity for us to engage and lobby legislative bodies in the UK, Ireland, the EU and beyond.
We belong to the GTMC which lobbies decision makers such as the UK Government, EU legislators and suppliers, in order to provide a better experience for business travellers.
We have been a carbon neutral company for the last four years. We achieved the Carbon Neutral PA 2060 standard in recognition of our strategy to offset our carbon emissions through verified carbon standard schemes, which invest in socially beneficial programmes.
Our consistently high service levels and environmental standards were independently verified in 2008 when we first attained this accreditation. We undergo regular external assessment and our most recent re-accreditation was in February 2017.
We take data security seriously, and, therefore, hold the Cyber Essentials Plus industry standard. This provides a higher level of information assurance to our clients, as well as the peace of mind of knowing that our online systems are protected and that their data is in safe hands.
