Environmental Policy

Diversity Travel recognises the potential health and environmental impacts of its operations and services and the need to manage and reduce these where practicably possible. We will respond positively to these concerns and it is our company policy to ensure that any adverse effects on the environment are kept to a minimum.

Diversity Travel is committed to delivering a quality service whilst minimising the potential harmful effects of such actions, including the prevention of pollution, whenever and wherever this is practicable. This will be achieved through the development, implementation and maintenance of the environmental management system in conformance with ISO 14001, which will enable Diversity Travel to deliver continual environmental improvement and maintain business excellence.

We are committed to achieving environmental best practice throughout our business activities by:

• Regularly monitoring and striving to reduce energy consumption, where reasonably possible.
• Continually examining our operations and processes to ensure best use of resources, minimise waste and maximise the use of suitable recycled materials.

• Reviewing regularly all environmental aspects of the organisation and continually working towards objectives and targets to ensure continual improvement.
• Seeking to integrate environmental considerations in future business policy decisions.
• Select company cars based on environmental considerations.
• Achieve and maintain certification to the International Environmental Management standard ISO14001.
• Diversity Travel will continually monitor the environmental management system and take corrective action as required to ensure the aims and objectives are met and that the system delivers continual environmental improvements.

The air holidays shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, and we act as agents for licensed tour operators with the relevant ATOL number displayed. The flights bookings we make are also ATOL protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, where you have a credit facility with Diversity Travel, or where your payment is made direct to the airlines.
