We aim to operate honestly and with integrity, respecting the clients we look after and the suppliers we deal with, continually offering the high level of service our clients have come to expect from us and at the same time ensuring that our business practices have a minimum impact on the environment.
To this end, we have worked hard to create and implement both quality and environmental policies and our operations enable us to ensure that our business practices take these considerations into account. Diversity Travel is proud to have been awarded both the International Quality Standard ISO 9001: 2000 and the International Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001: 2004 based on these policies which will help us to continually assess our business operations in terms of quality or environmental factors.

Diversity Travel recognises the potential health and environmental impacts of its operations and services and the need to manage and reduce these where practicably possible. We will respond positively to these concerns and it is our company policy to ensure that any adverse effects on the environment are kept to a minimum.
Diversity Travel is committed to delivering a quality service whilst minimising the potential harmful effects of such actions, including the prevention of pollution, whenever and wherever this is practicable. This will be achieved through the development, implementation and maintenance of the environmental management system in conformance with ISO 14001, which will enable Diversity Travel to deliver continual environmental improvement and maintain business excellence.

- Continually examining our operations and processes to ensure best use of resources, minimise waste and maximise the use of suitable recycled materials.

- Reviewing regularly all environmental aspects of the organisation and continually working towards objectives and targets to ensure continual improvement.
