Our contracts allow us to secure discounted rates for travel to and from the UK, and often, for travellers with more complex itineraries, between points outside of the UK.

From our central London office, our dedicated in-house visa processing team offers expert advice, collates and compiles the necessary documentation and manages the whole application process right through to the return of the agreed visa. Our team of couriers expedites procedures by personally visiting the relevant issuing offices with your application. Your documents are then dispatched back to you securely and quickly via your chosen delivery method.
We have a dedicated resource in place to negotiate hotel deals on behalf of our Third Sector clients. We liaise with a range of major hotel suppliers worldwide which gives us access to over 140,000 hotels around the globe allowing for greater choice, value and last minute availability. Although price is highly important, we also assess hotels on quality and safety and consider factors such as location, cleanliness, availability of public transport and onsite parking.
Group travel can be a taxing and demanding experience even for the most skilled travel organisers. However, at Diversity Travel we have a very experienced team that deal solely with group travel requirements and will do everything possible to meet your demands and make the process stress free.
As we have a dedicated team whose sole role is to look after group travel, they have built up strong relationships with airlines and suppliers over many years to ensure that we are obtaining the most competitive rates with the best conditions to ensure that your vital funds go further. They work with our supplier partners to drive down the cost, whether this be via free Group Leader places or low prices for all members of the group.
The Groups Team also manage conferences when 10 or more travellers are travelling independently from their home city to a conference destination. The team will offer multiple options, providing more choice and best itineraries and prices for each of the delegates.
For all UK rail bookings, we have full access to one of the UK's largest and most efficient rail booking providers, which allows our clients to realise savings of up to 80% on full ticket prices. Earlier and later trains are displayed to highlight cost saving opportunities to our clients and we can provide Ticket on Departure for last minute travel at many stations.

We have access to car rental facilities at thousands of locations worldwide. By building strong relationships with car rental consolidators and creating direct relationships with car rental companies, we are able to search the market to offer the most cost-effective and suitable rates for all our clients in various destinations across the globe. Our significant purchasing power with car rental companies allows us to gain access to promotional and best-buy rates.
At Diversity Travel we fully understand the need for comfort and assurance whilst at the airport, which is why we provide a range of additional services to accommodate all of your travel requirements. Our airport services include access to airport lounges in all UK airports, onsite car parking and overnight hotel accommodation.
Emergencies and forced itinerary changes frequently occur and Diversity Travel offers a free 24 hour emergency helpline to assist with these unexpected situations. One call will put travellers into direct contact with our own in-house staff. The line is manned by our own personnel, is not outsourced, and provides all of the services that Diversity Travel offer. Our team can check availability, make reservations, book flights and issue tickets.
All airlines have access to this number so they can also contact us in instances of schedule changes and flight cancellations to enable us to contact any travellers that will be affected. Access to the 24 hour Telephone Emergency Helpline forms part of the Diversity Travel full service agreement and is free of charge to qualifying clients.
Diversity Travel does not simply provide a travel provision service; we work consultatively with our clients to further develop our understanding of their travel profile and develop procedures to help provide additional savings both directly and indirectly.
Our standard suite of MI reports comprehensively covers spend, destination, C02 emissions, carrier and product/service analysis. If a standard report does not present the scope or level of detail required, we are able to create a customised report free of charge to suit your requirements. Our Account Managers review these reports with clients at regular meetings to identify further savings.
We strive to avoid instances or circumstances which can unnecessarily expose travellers to risk, however we understand that risk cannot be totally eradicated. We recognise this and have adopted a traveller support protocol which can be escalated according to the individual circumstances. At the first sign of potential problems, natural or otherwise, Diversity Travel staff members are trained to proactively contact all travellers currently in the risk area.
Our Risk Management System also enables our clients to monitor situations themselves; by remotely interrogating our system they can see at a glance where in the world any of their travellers are and the level of associated risk. Linked to this is the ability to contact travellers either via SMS, phone or email should any situations arise that are likely to affect their safety.
